M. S. a 74 year old kuwaiti lady, presented to casualty with left sided hemiplegia and dysarthria.
HPC:
the aptient was aided to go to the toilet. she had a sudden left sided weakness in both upper and lower limbs associated with dysarthria and confusion.
there was no history of LOC, Vision disturbance.
